Senior Relationship Manager - Annuities Distribution

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level relationships with distribution partners
• Develop and implement customized business plans
• Serve as the main contact for home office leaders
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with partners
• Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions
• Identify opportunities to boost annuity sales and advisor engagement
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Extensive experience in relationship management within financial services
• Experience supporting retirement and investment products
• Proven track record managing large institutional relationships
• Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
