Senior Relationship Manager, Agribusiness

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Financial Advisor for agribusiness clients
• Drive business development efforts and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs
• Manage strategic financial issues like capital raising and ownership transition planning
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with other bankers
• Lead credit processes to ensure asset quality and manage portfolios
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and enhance team performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of financial services experience required
• 1+ years of formal commercial credit training and experience from a bank or financial institution required
• Strong track record of achieving performance targets required
• 5+ years of experience providing financial solutions to agribusiness and agriculture production clients preferred

Pay

$128,000 – $268,000 annually
