Senior Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Great opportunity to gain leadership experience managing several locations covering LaCrosse, Havenwood, and Springbrook of Onalaska.

About the role

In this new role, you will support Program Managers at the communities and serve as the liaison with the Area Manager. You will oversee payroll, KPIs, orienting new staff, and scheduling. You will continue to provide therapy 50-60% of your day.

Locations: Eagle
Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, Lovely Community – work with higher-functioning residents.

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, PRN
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• No evenings

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager
• Oversee payroll, KPIs, and staff orientation

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• New graduates welcomed
