Senior Rehab Program Manager - Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join our supportive team in Eagle Crest South (La Crosse), Springbrook Onalaska, and Havenwood (Onalaska), WI.

About the role

This full-time outpatient OTR position offers the best of both worlds: the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing your leadership skills as the “go-to person” on the team for customers, residents, and staff. You’ll work with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings within a lovely community.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• No evenings

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
