Senior Rehab Program Manager - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

About the Role

This new leadership position supports Program Managers at multiple communities and serves as the liaison with the Area Manager. You will oversee payroll, KPIs, new staff orientation, and scheduling while continuing to provide therapy 50-60% of your day. Locations include Lake Country Senior Living (Hartland), The Waterford at Hartford, and Heritage Court Waukesha, focusing on assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings with higher-functioning residents.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings, offering great work-life balance and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage oversight of payroll, KPIs, and staff scheduling
• Orient new staff and serve as liaison between communities and Area Manager
• Provide therapy 50-60% of your workday
• Act as the "go-to person" for customers, residents, and staff

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
