Senior Rehab Program Manager - Physical Theapy Assistant - Outpatient

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join our supportive team in Eagle Crest South, LaCrosse, Havenwood Onalaska, or Springbrook Onalaska. Settings include Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient.

About the role

As the Program Manager, you’ll treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as the liaison for the Area Manager. This role is ideal if you’re customer-focused, great at developing relationships, and eager to grow your career in a supportive environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• No evenings

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in an outpatient and senior-living setting
• Perform administrative leadership duties, including scheduling
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Area Manager, customers, residents, and staff

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• New graduates welcomed
