About the role

The Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager for the Central Region will oversee comprehensive Asset Protection measures for stores within their purview. This includes safety protocols, shortage control programs, and collaboration with store management, corporate partners, and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in collaborative efforts with the Asset Protection team, store management, and corporate partners to formulate and execute strategic action plans.
  • Deliver clear and comprehensive monthly metrics, Asset Protection reports, and cycle count reconciliation findings to store management, Regional Vice Presidents, and the Director of Asset Protection.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve internal policy or procedure violations in partnership with the Director of Asset Protection and Human Resources.
  • Manage the asset protection timeline for new store projects and renovations, ensuring alignment with financial goals and vendor expectations.
  • Conduct detailed diagnoses and generate comprehensive reports on offsite warehouses to ensure optimal product storage for new store openings.
  • Foster professional relationships with key stakeholders in the Asset Protection industry and law enforcement representatives to promote collaboration and information sharing.
  • Maintain and secure all communication records and evidence, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Develop and communicate monthly posters to stores regarding main causes of shrink, ORC activity, local theft trends, and recovery tactics.
  • Facilitate in-depth fire safety training programs for staff, evaluate and enforce compliance with local fire safety regulations, and conduct audits and assessments.
  • Provide on-call support for alarm responses and ensure the effective operation and maintenance of security systems.
  • Train, develop, and supervise the Asset Protection teams within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher, with luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Experience with EBR reporting and Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing skills certification.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong partnership, communication, and relationship building skills.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.

Schedule

The Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager for the Central Region will require 40% travel, with at least two trips per year to locations within the region of responsibility. Additional travel may be required for special events, new store openings, and managing escalated security and safety concerns within the region of responsibility.
