About the role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will leverage AI tools to support the recruiting process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Utilize AI tools to analyze resumes and assess responses, supporting the hiring process while maintaining human oversight
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a similar field
- Proven success in managing multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience working remotely is a plus
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Experience with AI-driven recruitment platforms
- Knowledge of legal compliance in recruitment and employment

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
