Senior Recruiter-Pharma R&D

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define specifications and provide market data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines
• Engage candidates with timely updates throughout the process
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market compensation guidelines
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field
• Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools
• Knowledge of HR principles, talent acquisition metrics, and OFCCP regulations
