What You'll Do
- Source and place candidates across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Engineering roles - from lab-based scientists and clinical specialists to process, manufacturing, and R&D engineers
- Manage a high-volume desk while juggling competing priorities with ease
- Own and grow your own book of business within the Life Sciences/Pharma/Engineering sector
- Run full-cycle recruiting - screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding
- Source passive and active talent through networking, industry events, social media, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche scientific and technical talent for current and future client needs
- Track candidate activity and progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Post and manage job listings across approved job boards and professional/scientific networks
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Engineering recruitment (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record managing a high-volume desk with multiple concurrent requisitions
- Demonstrated success sourcing niche, hard-to-find technical and scientific talent
- Experience running full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and candidate pipeline management
- Strong consultative skills with both clients and candidates, ideally within a staffing/agency environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
