Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop new systems
- Maintain, enhance and replace existing systems
- Participate in production support and problem resolution
- Test and debug programs for accuracy and functionality
- Participate in research and development of experimental designs and systems
- Self-motivated and self-managing, able to proactively identify work, handle tasks, and complete work without supervision
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Management Information Systems or related degree
- 7 + years of experience in software development
- Fluent in raw TCP/IP sockets with two-way API calls
- Experience in leading development teams in large projects
- Knowledge and experience of C# .Net
- Team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented development and design
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Visual Studio .Net development tools
- Understanding of relational database, stored procedures, and data access methods
Preferred Experience
- Agile Development
- Experience in the Casino/Charitable or Online Gaming industry
- Experience in systems designed for large numbers of users
- Microsoft development certifications
- Experience with installation packages
- Experience with service-oriented architecture
- Experience with Confluence, Jira and Bit Bucket suite of tools from Atlassian
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience writing and maintaining user interface (UI) code using Windows Forms, WPF, HTML, or a similar technology
- Experience with ASP.NET, preferably Core, as well as modern HTML5, JavaScript or Typescript, and CSS
