Senior Recruiter - Law Firm

Core Responsibilities

• Lateral Partner Hiring: Partner with practice group leaders to source, vet, and place high-profile lateral partners and practice groups.
• Associate Pipelines: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level associates, judicial clerks, and summer associates across multiple office locations.
• Firm Integration: Facilitate the transition, onboarding, and conflict-check coordination for all incoming legal professionals.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor movement, salary benchmarks, and compensation trends to keep the firm competitive.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in legal talent acquisition, executive search, or law firm human resources.
• Domain Focus: Deep understanding of the legal industry, law firm partnership structures, and Am Law rankings.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; a Juris Doctor (JD) is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of handling highly confidential candidate pipelines.
