About the role
This role is responsible for finding talent for advanced level roles within the company and/or leading and completing projects and initiatives identified within the Talent Acquisition team. The Sr. Recruiter will work alongside the recruiters and ensure the team meets all set goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and consult with hiring manager throughout the recruiting process to establish strategies necessary to meet staffing objectives.
- Individually deliver and provide support, knowledge and expertise to the recruiting team.
- Responsible for setting expectations with business partners and collaborating to meet hiring objectives.
- Leads and coordinates recruiting projects as needed.
- Lead by example and coach team in collaborating with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates, align on business needs and ensure business needs are met.
- Serve as a mentor for recruiters to continuously improve and coach recruiters on recruiting policies, procedures, and ATS.
- Evaluate internal and external recruiting practices and market conditions to identify ways to continuously improve.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to aid in the continuous improvement of processes, maintain alignment of business objectives, and overcome challenges through partnership.
- Take ownership of providing an exceptional candidate experience by effectively managing job postings, job descriptions, meeting required SLAs, etc.
- Help to ensure recruiting data integrity by accurately and effectively using the Applicant Tracking System to track the interviewing and hiring process and post jobs as needed.
- Must be able to nurture passive candidates and build with an eye for both now and in the future.
- Be a proactive ambassador and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
- Ability to successfully lead across organizational boundaries, including strong relationship management skills.
Requirements
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques/tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with resume databases and ATS (Workday experience highly preferred).
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment best practices and strategies.
- Knowledge and skill with behaviorally-based interview techniques.
- Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face-to-face.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field strongly preferred.
- And/or 2+ years working in a Talent Acquisition Function.
