About the Role
We are looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our team as a contractor! In this role, you'll directly impact our growth by targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent for our Arlington, VA office. Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, North America TA, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and the talent needed to achieve them—with a continued focus on candidate experience, process efficiency, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This role is based in Seattle and requires onsite/hybrid presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams, building sourcing strategies and workforce plans for Product & Engineering
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training across the business
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical functions
- Apply knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven insights to build effective recruiting strategies
- Manage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles
- A track record of successful, multi-year full-cycle recruiting results
- Experience building relationships and partnering with executive leaders
- Strong sourcing skills and a demonstrated record of hiring results
- Closing ability, with experience closing candidates for senior-level roles
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings that drive positive business outcomes
- Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects
Pay
The hourly range is $60–$75 per hour.
Schedule
For corporate team members, we have an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly, typically achieved by coming in three days a week. Managers also have the flexibility to set higher expectations based on their team's specific needs.
