About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our recruiting team as a Senior Recruiter in our Boston HQ. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with leaders across the organization, with a particular focus on supporting our Customer Support and Customer Success teams. You will have a direct impact on Klaviyo’s continued growth, helping shape our culture and business through the talented, driven, and empathetic people you bring into the company.

You’ll take ownership of the recruiting process and your results, using data and insights to make our hiring more effective and efficient while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.

This is a contract position based in our Boston office; this is an hourly role and will be paid through an external partner.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Process: From sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle and provide every candidate with an exceptional experience. You’ll ensure Klaviyo is engaging with and hiring exceptional people who can help take our Customer Support and Customer Success organizations to the next level.
• Improve Our Process: Recognize and improve imperfections in our hiring process. Share fresh perspectives grounded in data and analytics to continuously enhance how we hire, including leveraging AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communication.
• Build Relationships: Use your empathy and people-centric approach to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Develop a deep understanding of the teams you support and act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring decisions.
• Be an Ambassador: Represent Klaviyo through social media channels, recruiting events, or cold outreach. Ensure each candidate feels like an individual while balancing Klaviyo’s business objectives.
• Level Up: Take advantage of learning and growth opportunities to advance your career through new skills and challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting Customer Success, Customer Support, or other customer-facing organizations in a high-growth or scaling environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective talent strategies.
• Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven.
• Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Energized by challenge and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth.
• Able to balance an exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals.
• An early adopter of AI who continuously explores new tools and workflows to improve your effectiveness as a recruiter.

Pay

Base Pay Range for US Locations: $80—$90 USD per hour.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Schedule

This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
