Senior Recruiter (Contract)

Maven Clinic · United States · 1 mo ago
RemoteRemoteHuman Resources$55–$65/hrContract
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company, mission, etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe description of role), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements/Qualifications (What We’re Looking For), Benefits (Benefits That Work For You), Pay (base salary range), Schedule? Not provided. Should not include sections with placeholder. Also include maybe a short paragraph for metadata like start date, contract length. The instruction: do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with start date and contract length. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph, scam warning, contact emails, etc. Also remove "Maven Clinic is an affirmative action..." etc. Also remove "Maven Clinic interview requests..." etc. Also remove "For general and additional inquiries..." etc. We need to keep company description, mission, awards maybe? That's substantive? It's about company. Could be part of About the role? Probably we can include an "About Maven Clinic" section? But headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples; we can use those headings if we have content. We should not create sections without real content. So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: could include description of the role, mission, contract details, start date, etc. Could also include company overview? Might be better to put company overview in About the role? The role description includes "Maven is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter...". So About the role could contain that paragraph plus maybe company mission. - Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" bullet list. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What We’re Looking For" list. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications? But we can combine into one section maybe Requirements. However we need to decide: we can have Requirements (or Qualifications) heading. The instruction says we can use those headings. We'll include a

for Requirements and list items. - Benefits: "Benefits That Work For You" list. - Pay: base salary range. - Schedule: not provided, so omit. We also need to include maybe a short

for metadata like start date and contract length. Could be placed under About the role as a paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, contact info. We must preserve all substantive information: company description, mission, awards, etc. Should we keep awards? It's substantive. Could be included in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Senior Recruiter. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $55 – $65 per hour. Individual pay decisions are based on qualifications, experience level, and skillset.

We should not include Schedule. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, contact info. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check that we preserved all substantive info: company description, mission, awards, start date, contract length, responsibilities, requirements, benefits, pay. Did we miss anything about "Maven Clinic is the world's largest virtual clinic..." we included. Did we miss "Through Maven Enterprise..." we included in description. Did we miss "Through its consumer platform..." we didn't explicitly mention but it's part of description; we could incorporate. Let's add a sentence about consumer platform. Add to About the role paragraph: "Through its consumer platform, Maven provides direct access to virtual care across 30+ specialties, as well as dedicated hormone and GLP‑1 care programs purpose‑built for women." Also mention awards list: we included some but could be more precise: "Recognized for innovation and industry leadership, Maven has been named to the TIME100 Most Influential Companies, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, and FORTUNE Best Places to Work." That's fine. Also mention "An award-winning culture working towards an important mission – Maven Clinic is a recipient of over 30 workplace and innovation awards, including: TIME 100 Most Influential Companies (2023, 2026) Fortune Change the World (2024) CNBC Disruptor 50 List (2022, 2023, 2024) Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials (2024) Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care (2024) Fast Company Most Innovative Companies (2020, 2023) Fortune Best Workplaces NY (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)". That's a lot; we could keep a summarized version but must preserve all substantive information. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the awards list exactly? It says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit details like the awards list. However we can maybe keep them but not as a heading; we can include them in the About the role paragraph. That would be preserving them. So we need to include the full list. Let's include the awards list as a sentence: "Maven Clinic is a recipient of over 30 workplace and innovation awards, including: TIME 100 Most Influential Companies (2023, 2026); Fortune Change the World (2024); CNBC Disruptor 50 List (2022, 2023, 2024); Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials (2024); Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care (2024); Fast Company Most Innovative Companies (2020, 2023); Fortune Best Workplaces NY (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)." We must keep the exact punctuation? We'll keep as is. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Maven is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer." We removed that. Also removed "Maven Clinic interview requests..." etc. Now check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "If you do not have experience in all of the areas detailed above, we hope that you will share your unique background..." is somewhat encouraging but not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. Should we keep? It's substantive? It's a statement encouraging applicants. It's not boilerplate; it's part of the "What We’re Looking For" maybe. Could be included under Requirements as a note. But it's not a requirement; it's a note. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should keep it. Where to put? Could be a paragraph after Requirements, maybe as a note. But we have no heading for that. Could add a

after Requirements: "If you do not have experience in all of the areas detailed above, we hope that you will share your unique background with us in your application and how it can be additive to our teams." Also the line about "This role requires active work authorization in the US." is substantive; we should keep. Could be added to Requirements or a separate note. Let's add after Requirements as a paragraph. Also "At Maven we believe that a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences enrich our teams and allow us to achieve above and beyond our goals." That's also substantive; we could keep as a note. We need to decide where to place these. Perhaps after Requirements we add a

with those statements. But we must not create new headings unless we have real content. So we can just add paragraphs. Let's structure:
