Senior Recruiter Russell Tobin is partnering with a material science organization to identify a Senior Recruiter for an opportunity near Saint Paul, MN. ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates into Workday and develop pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner, working closely with hiring leaders to support recruitment across multiple business groups and corporate functions, including IT, Research & Development, etc.Leverage recruiting tools and technologies such as applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and job boards to identify and engage top talent.Conduct proactive market research and develop innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines and improve recruiting outcomes.Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to inform hiring strategies.Lead talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis efforts to support workforce planning and targeted recruiting initiatives.Support additional recruiting-related responsibilities and projects as needed.
