Senior Recruiter

About the role

Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for administrative and clinical roles in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be well spoken, friendly, and adaptable. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY.

Pay

Starting at $40/hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume desk of 50 to 70 open requisitions, prioritizing based on hospital needs
• Recruit for administrative and clinical roles, including RN, Radiology, Transport, and EVS
• Follow union guidelines throughout the hiring process
• Post and manage openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and the internal careers site
• Track metrics such as time to fill and turnover, and present reports to senior leadership
• Partner with hiring managers and deliver a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Bachelor's degree required
• Workday ATS experience preferred
• Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience highly preferred
• Experience in a unionized environment a plus
