We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to work at a premier global eyewear retailer and manufacturer in Foothill Ranch, CA. This is a 100% onsite, full-time position with a 6-month contract duration.

Responsibilities
- Managing full-lifecycle recruitment processes and strategies, focusing on junior to mid-level management and technical positions
- Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality, diverse talent to hiring managers, filling vacancies in designated business groups
- Building and maintaining proactive partnerships with internal and external client groups to understand their business needs and staffing requirements
- Executing creative sourcing strategies, leveraging networking, digital platforms, and relationship building to create robust talent pipelines
- Participating in strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR, providing consultative expertise on talent and market analysis
- Acting as a subject matter expert on hiring techniques and legal compliance in recruitment
- Serving as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, guiding candidates throughout the hiring process
- Gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, industry trends, and labor market conditions to inform search strategies
- Ensuring consistency with recruitment policies and procedures and tracking key recruiting metrics against established KPIs
- Partnering with HR to increase internal mobility and promote key talent within the organization
- Creating recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and data-driven presentations for each assignment
- Leading and participating in virtual and in-person recruitment events, which may include occasional travel
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (required); an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Have 3+ years of recruiting experience in retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain environments
- Bring proven success implementing recruitment processes in partnership with HR and business leaders
- Possess deep knowledge of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively at all levels
- Bring experience with change management and flexibility in work style
- Offer developing analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret recruitment data
- (Preferred) Have experience supporting international, multi-brand, retail, supply chain, or consumer businesses
