For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationPartner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesProactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networkingBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processCoordinate and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely mannerTrack, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectivenessSupport employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presenceCollaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency settingStrong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for roles in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or supply chainFamiliarity with the U.S. labor market and hiring practicesExperience working in a high-growth or startup environmentMandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus Perks Of Benefits Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. For Pay Transparency The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70000- $100000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses.
