What You'll DoFull-Cycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruitment for your assigned region and business functions, using the company's recruitment process and applicant tracking systemBuild diverse, qualified talent pools through direct sourcing, advertising, networking, and referralsDevelop an external network of passive candidates and industry contactsAdvise hiring managers on interview techniques, selection criteria, and assessment tools; lead hiring team debriefsProvide thoughtful feedback throughout the process to guide strong hiring decisionsHandle candidate and employee data in line with company policy and privacy regulationsReporting and AdministrationKeep recruitment activity accurately and promptly recorded in the ATSCoordinate biweekly recruitment reports alongside the global teamEnsure job files are complete and compliant with internal policy and legislationContinuous ImprovementHelp grow the company's social media and employer brand presenceBuild relationships with retained and contingency search firms, professional associations, and industry groupsShare best practices and contribute to global recruitment projectsHelp design competitive, compelling offer packages that improve the candidate experienceTrack market and industry trends to inform smart talent acquisition strategies What You BringBachelor's degree2–4+ years of recruiting experience, in a corporate in-house role, an agency, or a search firmProven experience recruiting senior-level talent (Director and above) in a complex, matrixed corporate environmentA track record of leveraging search firms, professional organizations, and personal networks to find talentStrong sourcing skills and creativity in uncovering passive candidatesHands-on experience with job boards, candidate databases, applicant tracking systems, search partners, and campus recruiting channelsExcellent written and verbal communication, organization, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to juggle multiple time-sensitive searches in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels Nice to HaveLife sciences or medical device recruiting experienceExperience recruiting across the Americas regionFamiliarity with Workday or other HRIS platformsWorking knowledge of global mobility programs and compensation trends AimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
