Senior Reconciliation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Reconciliation Analyst works under the supervision of the Associate Sr. Manager to support payment processes for consultant engagements. The role involves performing financial reviews of payment requests, ensuring their completeness and accuracy, and maintaining necessary documentation to meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial review of payment requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation and aligning with compliance requirements
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on payment processes, policies, and systems
• Possess a broad understanding of payment methods across the organization (e.g., PO, ACR, etc.)
• Lead and ensure accurate transparency reporting
• Communicate payment timeline issues to business owners
• Closely monitor and ensure compliance with all required processes
• Resolve payment and reporting issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and consultants, supporting timely processing of all consultant invoices
• Identify process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies, processes, and procedures
