Reconciliation Analyst
Position Summary
The Reconciliation Analyst works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that works closely with other internal departments in support of Field Sales. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with the reconciliation process by researching and resolving inventory discrepancies, processing reconciliation transactions with accuracy, and communicating with field sales in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Functions
- Follows up with sales reps on loaner and excess returns issues via phone/email
- Analyzes data and credits appropriate individuals
- Analyzes and resolves issues regarding loaners & returns
- Daily reconciliation of loaner and consignment inventory returns
- Ensures all discrepancies are promptly communicated to the Sales Field
- Uses Excel to establish and maintain data as required
- Performs other related duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- Five (5) years bookkeeping, product returns/credits analysis or related experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or relevant business experience
- Results-oriented with a keen ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to analyze information, manage/resolve discrepancies and resolve recurring issues
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in all business communications and interactions
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
- Attention to detail
Physical Demands
- Required to sit; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
