(Senior) Real Estate Paralegal

About the role

Growing national law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support a thriving development and homebuilder-focused practice. Are you a senior real estate paralegal who enjoys managing complex transactions from letter of intent through post-closing? Do you have deep experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, and closing documentation? If so, we'd love to connect.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions from contract through closing and post-closing activities
• Review and analyze title commitments, title exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions
• Coordinate closings, funding activities, document execution, and closing logistics
• Prepare closing documents, binders, trackers, and transactional reporting
• Work closely with attorneys, developers, homebuilders, lenders, and other transaction stakeholders
• Track key deadlines while managing multiple active transactions simultaneously
• Take ownership of sophisticated real estate matters in a fast-paced, high-volume practice environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm environment
• Strong title, survey, and commercial closings experience
• Hands-on experience supporting developers and/or homebuilders strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage multiple transactions from inception through closing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working within a busy transactional practice

Schedule

• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week (following initial onboarding period)

Pay

• Compensation up to $135,000 plus bonus potential
• Bonus eligibility based on annual billable hour requirements
