We are looking for a senior real estate paralegal with [12]+ years of experience running residential and/or commercial closings from contract to close. You will own your files, work with minimal supervision, and keep every deadline on track. Compensation: $60,000 -$70,000 Qualifications Real estate paralegal experience, full-cycle closings: [12]+ yearsQualia: proficientLaw Firm ExperienceClosing Disclosure and settlement statement preparationTitle, lien, and estoppel review Responsibilities What You’ll DoManage closings from contract through fundingReview purchase and sale agreements and supporting documentsOrder and review title commitments, lien searches, and tax informationIdentify and clear title and lien issuesRequest and track estoppels, surveys, and payoffsPrepare closing documents, including Closing Disclosures, ALTA/settlement statements (HUD-1 where applicable), seller documents, and closing packagesCoordinate with lenders, title underwriters, real estate agents, and clientsConfirm files are complete and closing-readyFollow up consistently so nothing stallsRequirements[12]+ years as a real estate paralegal handling full-cycle closings in a law firmProven ability to manage files independently from start to finishStrong working knowledge of title, liens, estoppels, surveys, and closing proceduresExperience preparing Closing Disclosures and settlement statementsProficiency in Qualia; you must be able to work in it from day oneAccurate, daily time tracking is required, as paralegal time is billed to clientsExcellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-throughClear, professional written and phone communicationAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-volume practicePreferredPost-closing experienceExposure to business/corporate law mattersBilingual English/Spanish
