What You Will Do
- Reviews title commitments, title exception documents, and surveys
- Prepares title and survey summaries
- Communicates with attorneys and title agents regarding title issues and assisting with the negotiation of title insurance policy coverage.
- Affords assistance with diligence on commercial real estate closings and conducting research on property through, and obtaining documents from various Registries of Deeds and the Land Court, as applicable
- Affords assistance with transactions including drafting and compiling transaction documents, forming corporate entities, preparing closing checklists and tracking completion of checklist items; and, preparing closing binders
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience working in commercial real estate with a focus on titles & survey matters required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Occasional travel 10%

Target Salary Range
The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00
