Senior Quality Control Sampler

Job Responsibilities

• Sample material per established sampling plans and procedures and deliver samples to QC laboratory for testing.
• Perform inspection and basic measurements as needed on incoming materials.
• Participate in basic Quality Control procedures and inventory management.
• Maintain good documentation practices.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliant raw materials or hard goods to appropriate personnel.
• Perform material movement as needed per quality notification.
• Maintain accurate inventory, both quantity and location, using ERP system.

Requirements

• Firm understanding of GxPs.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and record quality issues.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle and move raw materials.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work alone and cross functionally when needed to resolve issues.
• Versatile and able to adapt to re-prioritizing.
• Ability to wear respirator.
• Experience using a forklift.
• Experience working in an FDA regulated facility.

Qualifications
