Responsibilities
- Present the company technology and vision to technical and executive customer stakeholders
- Position yourself as a Trusted Advisor focused on achieving customer business outcomes
- Collaborate with Professional Services leaders to scope proposals and Statements of Work
- Work alongside sales teams on opportunity development and account strategy
- Deliver technical workshops and lead deep-dive technical sessions with customers
- Communicate insights from customer interactions to inform and evolve service offerings
- Drive project teams toward successful adoption of the company solutions
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer
- 2+ years of practical experience with the company and related services engagements
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for 2+ years
- Proven hands-on technical experience in SQL, data warehousing, cloud data, analytics, or ML/AI
- Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technology including the company or equivalent
- Proficiency in implementing data security measures and access control within the company

Pay
$130,000 – $180,000 annually
