- Full-cycle accounting for affordable housing communities
- Prepare investor and lender reporting
- Maintain compliance-related financial records
- Affordability and LIHTC compliance
- Audit support and tax preparation
- Track reserve and escrow accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of property accounting experience
- Affordable housing or LIHTC experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi or OneSite
- Strong attention to detail
