Senior Promotions Specialist

What You'll Do

• Coincides all logistics for promotions by initiating cross-functional assignments and coordinating steps to deliver best in class execution of promotional planning & measurement.
• Manages communication and accuracy of all promotions to internal stakeholders from ideation through execution.
• Develops central system to track and report out on the success of monthly promotions to cross-functional teams.
• Builds and manages relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, marketing and field communications, technology team, supply chain to ensure timely completion of tactics that drive key company metrics.
• Collaborates closely with finance teams on management and development of budget and improvements around budget management.
• Collaborates closely with supply chain team on process improvements and management of product and supply chain implications of promotions.

      • The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $70,000-90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
      • This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.
