Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in JAVA/J2EE to enhance visibility into our TIBCO platform and application health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance, failures, latency, dependencies, and operational impact through Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Dynatrace for TIBCO services and components, ensuring all relevant metrics are captured and displayed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into application performance and health.
• Monitor key transactions, latency, failures, and throughput, and document alert ownership and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and operational impacts.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on application health and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in performance monitoring and incident management.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on JAVA/J2EE best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in JAVA/J2EE development.
• Proven experience with TIBCO services and components.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Able to create and manage performance dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time.
