Senior Project Manager, Military Healthcare Construction

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's market position and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, clients, and partners.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
