About the role

Senior Project Managers are needed to lead construction projects from inception to completion. ARCO offers a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
  • Accurately estimate project costs and work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
  • Participate in proposal meetings to discuss cost reduction and value engineering ideas
  • Oversee the buyout process and select subcontractors
  • Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to achieve project goals
  • Evaluate project processes to ensure quality
  • Make timely decisions to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Act with integrity and support company values and associates

Requirements

  • At least 8-10+ years of project management experience
  • Highly preferred: Design-build experience
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
