Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • PMP certification is REQUIRED.
  • 8+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex capital projects, facility expansions, or major equipment installations.
  • Experience working with both mechanical systems and chemical or industrial manufacturing processes.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and technical presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Brownfield expansion projects.
  • Heavy industrial, process manufacturing, or chemical manufacturing environments.
  • Managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction contractors.
  • Working directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Job Details
