Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with others to connect, implement, and evaluate project plans organization-wide.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new methods, processes, and systems to improve and facilitate the team's work.
  • Improve data quality and usability, streamline and enhance reporting processes and/or deliverables.
  • Recommend procedures to enhance or maintain a high level of effectiveness in projects.
  • Monitor and document information related to projects with functional leads.
  • Assist in defining measurements and outcomes.
  • Facilitate teams assigned to projects and directly manage project management resources.
  • Coach and mentor project team members.
  • Understand and perform the role of Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Engage clients and stakeholders, negotiate project scope, and communicate throughout the project.
  • Identify resources needed (e.g., information, expertise, personnel, instruments) and problem-solve gaps.
  • Lead project teams and direct the work of others while assuming final responsibility for results.
  • Conduct and support complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of project data, summarize findings, draw conclusions, and communicate results.
  • Manage and direct regulatory and reporting activities related to projects (e.g., IRB, updates/reports to funding agencies).
  • Manage communication and relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Compose, edit, and deliver written and verbal communications.
  • Facilitate small group discussions and keep team members appropriately informed.
  • Strategize with project, program, and department leadership to develop plans advancing objectives.
  • Foster critical thinking on top issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate to establish goals and objectives, prioritize key objectives, and work with the team to meet them.
  • Strategize and recommend infrastructure necessary to execute selected projects and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 6 years of related experience
  • PMP certification

Pay

Expected starting pay range: $91,520.00 - $116,688.00. Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on-call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
