Senior Project Manager (PMP)

About the role

Senior Project Manager who has personally led complex enterprise PeopleSoft HCM Workforce Administration implementations from initiation through go-live, understands WFA business processes deeply enough to manage the work and stakeholders, and can clearly demonstrate actual project decisions, risks, governance, and delivery outcomes—not just PeopleSoft functional or technical expertise.

Requirements

• PMP certification
• Senior Project Manager as the primary discipline or focus
• In a Project Management role, has PeopleSoft WFA (Workforce Administration) project experience (one of the modules in PeopleSoft HCM—may not list WFA directly but will be screened for it)
• Client-facing communicator with demonstrated stakeholder and governance leadership
• Ability to explain what they personally managed
• Recent experience that supports the story
