About the role
Bohler’s Manhattan, NY office is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects, commercial, residential, and industrial, across New York City. You’ll set the pace for project excellence, elevate your team’s performance, strengthen client partnerships, and shape outcomes that reflect Bohler’s impact on the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution for large-scale land development projects
- Manage financial outcomes, including budgets, contracts, and profitability
- Cultivate strong client partnerships and represent projects in community and public forums
- Oversee regulatory permitting and site plan approvals to ensure project success
- Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams to foster growth and excellence
- Promote business development efforts to expand Bohler’s client base and regional footprint
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 15+ years of land development and site design experience
- At least 7 years of staff management and leadership experience
- Expertise in grading, stormwater management, zoning, utility design, and permitting
- Strong communication, public presentation, and organizational skills

Pay
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $190,000 per year.
