Senior Project Engineer (Wastewater Treatment)
About the role
MSA has an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer Water in our St. Paul, MN office. This position supports Wastewater projects working primarily with municipal clients in the public sector. MSA supports clients through planning, design, construction, and operations. This position is Flex Time eligible and hybrid working arrangements are available.
Responsibilities
- Client/contractor interaction and site visits may be required
- Plan, design, develop, and optimize wastewater treatment systems
- Support permitting, compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with multiple MSA disciplines on projects
- Solve real-world problems that impact communities
- Work closely with other Water/Wastewater engineers as well as mentor emerging professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required
- 10+ years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $97,759 to $156,414 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
