Senior Project Engineer (Civil Engineer)
About the role
V3 Companies seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Charlotte, NC to contribute to impactful projects in land development.
Responsibilities
- Aid project teams in obtaining civil and environmental permits.
- Collaborate with Project Managers for client communication and coordination.
- Lead design calculations and plan development.
- Coordinate with Project Managers on proposal preparations and client qualifications.
- Supervise core project staff and mentor junior engineers.
- Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential).
- Work on due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects.
- Provide construction observation and office support.
Requirements
- DeGreed Civil Engineer.
- 7+ years of experience in Land Development.
- Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
- PE Licensing required.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management software.
