Qualifications
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed Architect.
- 10+ years experience in architecture.
- Experience in various project types.
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Experience with QA/QC processes in design and construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design/documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to represent the firm professionally to the client and community.
- Proactive, collaborative, and professional work ethic in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with codes and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction works align with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and document non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design and construction quality issues.
- Ensure that materials and workmanship meet required standards through inspections and testing coordination.
- Maintain records of quality reports, inspection results, and compliance documentation.
- Aid in project closeout by reviewing as-built drawings, warranties, and final quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on design processes and construction practices.
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and checklists for architectural projects.
- Train and mentor project team members on QA/QC standards and best practices.
