Senior Program Manager, Technology Infrastructure

About the role

Ares Infrastructure and Platforms group is hiring a senior program/project manager to oversee IT projects across a complex multinational enterprise. We seek candidates proficient in both Agile and waterfall methodologies, capable of serving as a Scrum Master or creating detailed Gantt charts. Demonstrated experience managing cloud, IT, and software engineering projects using Agile is required, with Scrum Master experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program initiatives across a 100-person internal organization.
• Act as a Scrum Master in an Agile program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of large-scale project and program management experience.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to manage large technical programs rolled out to thousands of employees.
• Active working knowledge of Jira and MS Project.
• Financial services experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or previous technical experience is a bonus.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $225,000. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
