Senior Program Manager -Technology

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager - Technology to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage programs in AI Tools and Agent Development
• Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise AI initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to define use cases for AI agents
• Coordinate the lifecycle of AI agent development projects
• Develop and execute program plans with budget and risk management
• Drive goals and objectives in line with organizational strategy
• Monitor and report on program status to senior leadership

Pay

$123,000 – $150,700 annually
