Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development programs, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture, design, and integration points, providing guidance rooted in technical expertise. Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively by working closely with architects, developers, QA, and operations teams. Manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear ownership across all parties. Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership through dashboards, KPIs, and regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of project or program management experience in large-scale initiatives. Proven ability to deliver high-visibility, complex programs in dynamic environments. Strong experience in building trust with stakeholders and navigating highly matrixed organizations.
