Senior Program Manager - Provider Programs

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management of a strategic portfolio of related programs and projects
• Lead and guide program managers to monitor cost, schedule, and performance
• Act as the single point of authority for multi-program execution
• Develop business capabilities to support multiple programs
• Facilitate planning and operational implementation across projects
• Communicate governance actions and recommendations to EPMO
• Create processes to enhance portfolio and program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years in project/program management, leading large and complex projects
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and structured PMO environments
• Strong leadership capabilities to coordinate and motivate teams
• Adept at financial management across multiple budgets and projects
• Proven risk and issue management across programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
