Senior Program Manager, OMX SOTO
About the Opportunity
The Senior Program Manager, OMX SOTO is responsible for leading the Strategic Operations and Transformation Office's highest-priority initiatives within the Operations and Member Experience organization. This role drives cross-functional, mission-critical programs that enhance operational effectiveness and advance strategic objectives. It plays a key role in aligning teams, managing ambiguity, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of the organization's highest-priority strategic initiatives.
- Develop clear execution plans and align stakeholders to move complex projects from strategy to delivery.
- Anticipate risks and adapt to shifting business priorities through planning and governance.
- Create data-driven narratives and executive communications to influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Identify and promote opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by strengthening program governance and execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, management consulting, member experience, or related fields.
- Proven program management skills with the ability to create scalable solutions and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing executive-level communications.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage risks and work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, and scalable process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The base salary for this role ranges from $130,000.00 to $180,000.00 based on experience. Eligibility for bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
