Senior Program Manager
About the role
Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the CBT Program Director, to execute a development program of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence).
Responsibilities
- Define & Generate Program Plans
- Drive on time execution
- Understand budget/schedule
- Adhere to the IPDS process
- Execute the Management OSC
- Collaborate, Direct, Lead
- Coordinate with Functions
- Facilitate forecast analysis
- Facilitate capacity analysis
- Mentor members of team
- Present programmatic details
- Summarize key issues & actions
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.
- Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation, SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule, Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation- Change Mgmt, Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Expert in Earned Value Management
- Lead Cross Functional Collaboration, Communicate & Influence
- Provide guidance & Coaching to peers and team members

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $ 196,000 - $ 245,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
