About the role
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our IT team based in our Canton, MA; Boston, MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC offices on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale, complex technology initiatives, engaging cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate the business need and project objectives, ensuring team members have a clear view of the desired outcome.
- Develop detailed project plans, including project tasks, resource requirements, budget, timelines, milestones and success criteria.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and resource constraints.
- Monitor and report on key project milestones.
- Manage changes in project scope, escalating issues as necessary.
- Track and report on key project milestones.
- Make recommendations for necessary adjustments to project plans and/or assigned resources to meet project objectives.
- Identify, monitor and communicate project related issues and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields, or equivalent work experience required.
- 7-10 years of IT project management or related business work experience, with at least 3-5 years managing large scale, complex projects.
- Experience with meeting facilitation and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated management, leadership and teambuilding skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
- Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $168,000 based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; our Massachusetts based offices and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $147,000 - $172,000.
Schedule
The role is offered on a hybrid schedule.
