Senior HR Program Manager - Hybrid
About the role
This role blends enterprise HR program leadership with executive storytelling, strategic communications, and large-scale facilitation. The HR Program & Communications Manager is accountable for delivering initiatives and shaping their understanding, alignment to strategy, and activation across the HR organization and the broader enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead broad-based, enterprise communication efforts.
- Shape how HR initiatives are understood, aligned to strategy, and activated across the HR organization and the broader enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate large-scale meetings and workshops to engage stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Develop and manage internal and external communications strategies to promote HR initiatives and company values.
- Support the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in HR programs or related fields, and/or proven ability in successfully leading HR programs.
- 2 years of demonstrated ability to lead broad-based, enterprise communication efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute.
- Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
- Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
- Prosci or other Change Management Certification.
- Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.

Washington: Southeastern: Min: $45.00, Max: $71.05
Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
