Senior HR Program Manager - Hybrid
About the role
The HR Program & Communications Manager is responsible for leading HR programs and overseeing strategic communications and large-scale facilitation efforts within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Oversee and facilitate large-scale communication campaigns to align initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure alignment and activation across the HR organization and the broader enterprise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR programs or related fields, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
- At least 2 years of experience leading broad-based, enterprise communication efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Prosci or other Change Management Certification.
- Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.
