Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide cross-functional program execution and governance for a health coaching initiative, with a strong focus on improving member experience and driving measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and keep delivery on track. This position also emphasizes data-informed decision-making, process improvement, and ongoing program refinement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
